She spends hours on the phone with potential buyers, additional hours planning effective strategies to market the property effectively, and even more time at night and on weekends showing the property. Stephanie and I just wanted to thank you for all your efforts regarding the purchase of the commercial property located in Powder Springs we closed on this year.
We chose not to utilize a realtor directly for the close on this property. Instead, we relied on your expertise and talent to walk us through what needed to be completed as the seller’s agent. You were thorough, attentive and truly made this a very pleasant experience. Your knowledge in the day care industry helped immensely to keep everyone on track.
Even though we did experience a delay with variances respect to the City of Powder Springs, you guided your sellers and us through the process. We were able to make things right with the city andwe did close on our property in a timely manner.
Your assistance after we closed in sending out an email campaign informing your targeted list of clients that we were selling off all existing furniture/equipment was extremely successful. We targeted a“Day Center” sale that needed to be canceled, due to the overwhelming response to your email. Several folks wanted to preview the merchandise and we were able to sell all furniture/equipment and the two 15-passenger Vans that were also part of our original sale. A huge “thank you” is being sent your way for making that happen for us!Again, over and above!!!!
